SynopsisBernie is wary when he learns of high school pal Earl's visit because of Earl's volatile personality, but when Bernie discovers Earl is a 'developer' Bernie suddenly imagines the two of them teaming up to re-develop Bernie's decaying neigfhgborhood. However, things tun out rather differently as Earl discloses the true reason for his visit.
